To return the item, you can send the product to the following address:

that the item is packed in a box or with wrapping paper, so that the courier does not apply labels or tape directly to the goods or original packaging; in this case we could not accept the return.

IT IS NECESSARY

fill in, print and add to the package the underlying return form, so we can trace your order and proceed with the procedure as soon as we receive the package.

As soon as we receive the product at our warehouses, we will verify that it meets the requirements and we will proceed with the refund, using the same payment method you used during the purchase.
In the event that you have paid on delivery, please inform us of the refund method you prefer between PayPal or Bank Transfer and the related data.
